Custom Surgical Partners and Ambulatory Strategies last week announced a formal strategic partnership to create an expanded national and international healthcare consulting platform focused exclusively on the ASC industry.
Combined, the organizations state that they have supported the development of over 150 ASCs, with centers in all 50 U.S. states and internationally. The unified platform is supported by a team of 15 ASC-specialized consultants.
The partners state that “the combined entity is positioned to deliver scalable solutions across the full ASC lifecycle,” offering expertise in ASC and office-based surgical suite (OBS) development, ASC management, compliance and accreditation readiness, risk management strategy, operational optimization, performance improvement and strategy implementation.

The unified organization will serve outpatient surgical facilities of all stripes: freestanding independent ASCs, hospital-owned ASCs and HOPDs, and office-based surgical suites.
