At Periop Leader Week, two veteran ASC leaders will test your knowledge on legal, regulatory and compliance issues—and explain why you got each multiple-choice answer right (or wrong). Everyone who attends can be a contestant; simply scan a QR code when you enter to access the game show app. At the end of the session, we’ll recognize the winner(s)!
The ASC-focused game show will take place on Tuesday, Oct. 6, from 11:15 am to 12:00 pm in Theater 2 (Booth 735) of the Periop Networking & Innovation Hall. Your experts will be Beverly Kirchner, MSN, RN, CNOR, CNAMB, vice president of compliance with TriasMD, and Nyleen I. Flores, BA, FMSP, CPMSM, CPCS, CPCO, CPES, CASC, administrator at Lake Oconee Orthopedics, and I’ll be your host.
Audience members will have the opportunity to ask questions about each answer, making this competition a great learning experience as well.
