Periop Leader Week brings together hospital, ASC, and business leaders for one powerful, collaborative event focused on the real-world challenges facing perioperative teams today, unifying the OR Manager Conference and OR Business Management Summit. We’re seeking dynamic, solutions-driven presentations that deliver practical tools, actionable strategies, and measurable outcomes our audience can implement immediately.

We welcome proposals aligned with the needs of:

• Perioperative Managers & Directors: Staffing optimization, scheduling and throughput strategies, team engagement, regulatory readiness, quality and safety initiatives, and leadership development.
• Business & Financial Leaders: Financial benchmarking, block utilization, revenue integrity, cost containment, data dashboards, supply chain innovation, and aligning clinical and operational performance.
• ASC Leaders: Scalable compliance solutions, lean staffing models, accreditation readiness, physician alignment, and operational efficiency in resource-constrained environments.
• Emerging Leaders, SPD, and PACU Teams: Leadership skill-building, workflow optimization, cross-department collaboration, sterile processing standards, and post-anesthesia throughput strategies.

Above all, we’re looking for presentations that reflect the spirit of Periop Leader Week: collaboration across disciplines, transparency about challenges, and practical insights that strengthen teams, improve performance, and support sustainable surgical services.
