What is Periop Leader Week?

Periop Leader Week is the evolution of the OR Manager Conference and OR Business Management Summit into one unified, expanded event. It brings together clinical, operational, and business leaders across perioperative services for a full week of education, networking, and solutions focused on today’s most pressing challenges.

Why were OR Manager Conference and OR Business Management Summit rebranded?

The rebrand reflects how perioperative leadership has evolved. Today’s challenges—staffing, efficiency, safety, and financial sustainability—require collaboration across roles and settings. Periop Leader Week better represents the breadth of leaders involved in perioperative care and the value of learning together, while preserving the depth and credibility of trusted legacy events.

Is this a completely new event?

No. Periop Leader Week builds on the strong foundation of both legacy events. The trusted education, expert faculty, and peer-driven insights attendees expect remain—now enhanced with more intentional integration, broader perspectives, and expanded opportunities to connect.

What does the rebrand mean for exhibitors and sponsors?

The rebrand creates greater value and visibility for partners by:

When and where is the 2026 Periop Leader Week?

The event will take place at Savannah Convention Center in Savannah, GA, Sunday, October 4 through Wednesday October 7, 2026.

What are the Periop Networking & Innovation Hall (exhibit hall) hours?

Monday, October 5: 2:30 PM-6:00 PM ET

Tuesday, October 6: 11:00 AM-3:00 PM ET

How can I access the Exhibitor Resource Center (ERC)?

Please visit the Exhibitor Resrouce Center here. To log in, enter the email address of your booth’s primary contact, and and email will be sent to set up your password. Additional team members may be added under the “Add User” area of the ERC.

How can I access the Exhibitor Services Manual?

The Exhibitor Services Manual will be available in mid-June. An announcement will be made when it is available.

What is included with my booth?

Your exhibit space comes with:

  • 1 Exhibitor Full Conference Pass (access to sessions), and 3 Exhibitor Booth passes per 100 sqft. Additional passes are avialable for purchase at a significant discount
  • Company listing in all published marketing materials where exhibits are mentioned. 
  • Inclusion in our Networking Competition, driving additional traffic to your booth.
  • Highlight your giveaways! Tell us what you will be offering at your booth adn we’ll make sure attendees know.

*Additional A/V and furniture are available through our official decorator, Freeman Exhibitor Services.

Do we have to provide proof of insurance coverage?

Yes, per section 21 of the Exhibitor Space Contract, exhibitors are required to provide proof of insurance coverage in advance of the event. The COI should list Access Intelligence as the Certificate Holder and show the following coverage: (1) Commercial general liability insurance coverage (minimum of $1,000,000 USD), including protective and contractual liability coverage for bodily injury and property damage, (2) employers liability insurance; (3) workers’ compensation/occupational disease coverage in full compliance with federal and state laws, (4) comprehensive general liability automobile insurance covering owned, non-owned, and hired vehicles, including loading and unloading hazards.

Who should we send the COI to?

How do I make hotel reservations?

Reservations can be made directly with Connections Housing online or by calling them at 615-208-3914 or by emailing at PLW@connectionshousing.com.

I need a block of 10 or more rooms for my company. What is the best way to handle?

Complete the group booking form online, and Connections Housing will be in touch. Alternatively, call or email Connections Housing at 615-208-3914 or PLW@connectionshousing.com.

I was just reached out to by X housing company saying they have rooms for Periop Leader Week. Is this legit? 

Unless the email came directly from Periop Leader Week or Connections Housing, they are NOT affiliated with this event. Please be vigilant if approached by any company that implies or claims to be an official housing provider of Periop Leader Week. We have been made aware of housing companies or travel agencies that may be aggressively pursuing you or your company to book your guest rooms through their company. If you are unsure, feel free to contact us.

What is the official cut-off date for hotel reservations?

How many badges come with my booth?

Each exhibitor receives three (3) booth staff and one (1) exhibitor conference passes per 100 nsf of exhibit space. Additional passes can be purchased at a significant discount.

Are booth personnel able to attend the conference sessions?

No, Exhibitor Booth Staff passes are not eligible to attend any sessions. You are welcome to upgrade booth staff to Exhibitor Conference to access sessions. Booth staff will only have access to the Periop Networking & Innovation Hall (exhibit hall).

I ran out of exhibitor booth and conference passes, can I register additional staff?

Yes, additional booth staff and exhibitor conference passes (access to conference sessions) can be purchased at a significant discount in your company’s registration portal.

I need to swap out a member for someone else. Is that permitted?

Yes, in advance of Periop Leader Week, you will be able to make that edit in your registration portal. If onsite, stop by the registration desk, and our team will be able to make that adjustment. However, if the badge you are attempting to swap out has already been picked up, we won’t be able to make that change.

How do I update my company listing online?

Your company listing can be updated in the Exhibitor Resource Center.

What other marketing opportunities are included with our booth?

In the Exhibitor Resource Center, you will be able to: 

  • Promote your presence at Periop Leader Week and access static and customizable marketing materials to announce your presence and invite your clients and prospects to attend the conference.
  • Send customized invitations at the click of a button with our referral marketing partner Snoball. Please look for the invitation on the registration confirmation page, or by having your representatives look for emails coming from Snoball on behalf of Periop Leader Week.
  • Your presence will be listed on the Exhibit Hall Map available in print onsite as well as on our official mobile app.

Is the attendee list available to exhibitors?

No, we do not make the attendee list available due to privacy concerns with our attendees. We do offer the option to do a pre or post-show e-mail blast for a fee and will be sent out on your behalf. Please contact Misty Simons at msimons@accessintel.com for more information.

I recieved an email offering to sell me the attendee list. Is this a legitimate offer?

No, we’ve heard of companies reaching out to our exhibitors offering to sell them the attendee list. Please know that they are NOT affiliated with Periop Leader Week and therefore do not have access to the attendee list.

I’m interested in becoming a sponsor, who can I contact about available options?
