Companies that have contracted for exhibit space or sponsorship at Periop Leader Week 2026 and are in good financial standing with Access Intelligence will have the opportunity to select their exhibit space for Periop Leader Week 2027 in Indianapolis, Indiana, during our onsite Rebook process.
2027 booth selection will take place Tuesday, October 6, 2026, in the Sales Office located inside the Periop Networking & Innovation Hall.
Each exhibiting company will be assigned a priority order and a specific Rebook appointment time. Booth space may not be selected before your assigned appointment time; however, exhibitors may select space after their appointment time from the inventory that remains available.
Your company’s primary exhibit or sponsorship contact will receive an email in advance of Periop Leader Week with your assigned appointment time and instructions for participating in the Rebook process.
There are two ways to select your 2027 exhibit space during the onsite Rebook process.
1. Select your booth in person
You or a company representative may come to the Sales Office in the Periop Networking & Innovation Hall at your assigned appointment time to select your 2027 booth with the Periop Leader Week sales team.
A signed 2027 Exhibit Space Contract is required to secure your booth. Booth space cannot be held without a signed contract.
2. Submit a Proxy Form
If no representative from your company will be available during your assigned appointment time, you may authorize the Periop Leader Week sales team to select your booth on your behalf by submitting a Proxy Form.
Your completed Proxy Form and 2027 Exhibit Space Contract must be submitted to Misty Simons at msimons@accessintel.com by Monday, October 5 at 3:00 PM ET.
Submission of a Proxy Form represents a firm commitment and binding agreement for exhibit space on behalf of the named exhibitor for the space assigned.
Please note: Because booth selection moves quickly from one appointment to the next, we are unable to accommodate booth-selection appointments by phone or video call.
On the Proxy Form, you may identify your preferred booth locations. The Periop Leader Week sales team will make every effort to assign one of those locations during your scheduled appointment.
Your preferences do not reserve those booths in advance. Companies with earlier priority appointments may select those locations before your appointment.

If you are unable to sign a contract during the onsite Rebook process, you may select from the remaining available 2027 booth inventory after onsite booth selection concludes.
Companies that did not exhibit or sponsor Periop Leader Week 2026 will also be able to select space once the onsite Rebook process has been completed.
