The Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care (AAAHC) has launched its 1095 Advance AI Governance Guide, an implementation resource designed to help ASCs “establish practical governance frameworks for the safe, effective, and responsible use of artificial intelligence (AI).”
AAAHC states that the guide “helps organizations move beyond AI concepts to practical implementation by providing actionable tools that support governance, oversight, and continuous improvement throughout the 1,095-day accreditation cycle.”
Stated AAAHC President and CEO Noel Adachi, MBA, “Our AI Governance Guide provides ambulatory care organizations with a practical framework for adopting AI responsibly while preserving patient safety, accountability, and quality. Organizations that establish strong governance today will be well prepared to adapt as AI continues to evolve.”
