According to a report by trade publication Construction Owners, design-build construction firm BBL has completed a 113,000-square-foot orthopedic medical campus for ORA Orthopedics.

The campus in Bettendorf, Iowa, includes an ASC with 10 ORs and two procedure rooms, an orthopedic clinic, imaging, physical therapy and aquatic therapy services. It will serve the Quad Cities region.
The campus includes an ambulatory surgery center featuring 10 operating rooms and two procedure rooms. The project also incorporates an orthopedic clinic, imaging center, physical therapy operations and aquatic therapy facilities.
ORA Orthopedics announced the initiation of the project last year, noting that upon the new campus’ completion, it would relocate its Bettendorf orthopedic clinic, ASC and administrative offices to the new facility next to the TBK Bank Sports Complex. At the time, it stated the ASC component of the campus would be 51,000 square feet.
No word yet on when the completed facility will open to patients.
