TriStar Health announced that TriStar Greenview Regional Hospital, part of HCA Healthcare, has completed a seven-month renovation of its surgical department.
All 10 of the hospital’s operating rooms have been upgraded with “advanced technology and equipment designed to support safe, efficient and high-quality surgical care.” The enhancements include:
- three-dimensional surgical imaging technology to support “greater precision during spine, neurosurgical and complex orthopedic procedures”
- LED surgical lighting
- new flooring and equipment
- height-adjustable nursing workstations
- automatic OR doors “designed to improve patient transport and workflow”
- “expanded access” to diagnostic imaging in the ORs that allowings surgical teams to immediately review CT scans, MRI studies, X-rays and other images during procedures
- increased support for the hospital’s robotic surgery program for “a range of minimally invasive and orthopedic procedures.”
