Why Exhibit - Periop Leader Week 2027

Exhibit at Periop Leader Week 2027

Reach the leaders who drive perioperative decisions on The Circuit in Indianapolis.

October 4-7, 2027 Indiana Convention Center Indianapolis, IN

Periop Leader Week is the only event that unites the full surgical leadership ecosystem, from the largest health systems and hospitals to the smallest independent ambulatory surgery centers. One week, three expert perspectives: hospital operations, ASC leadership, and business performance.

This isn’t a broad clinical meeting. It’s where operational authority, financial oversight, and strategic leadership come together. If your solutions touch staffing, workflow, safety, compliance, supply chain, technology, or financial performance, this is where your buyers are.

The Networking & Innovation Hall: The Circuit

In 2027 the Networking & Innovation Hall becomes The Circuit, a racing-inspired floor that ties the week to Indianapolis and gives attendees a clear reason to move through every section.

  • Turn 1, Turn 2, Turn 3Three hub areas along the circuit, built for activations and lounges
  • The GaragePoster presentations, a more technical and conversational mode of engagement
  • Pit LaneThe activation area and the highest-energy zone on the floor
  • The InfieldLunch
  • Fuel StationFood and concessions
  • The Straightaway StageCore curriculum, best practices, and proven frameworks
  • The Backstretch StageEmerging ideas, innovation, and challenge-the-status-quo content
  • Pole Position ChallengeThe networking competition: attendees scan exhibitor QR codes across the floor to complete activities and earn points

A floor that pulls attendees in. A 20-foot cayenne-red center aisle runs from the main entrance to Pit Lane, giving the whole floor a visual pull from anywhere in the room. The perimeter aisle (the track) and the exhibit field (the infield) are carpeted in their own colors, so the layout reads at a glance.

Hall hours: To be announced.

“I really enjoy the balance of education and networking with time to actually talk...You can actually have a decent conversation with a vendor and learn the ‘why’ about a product or service.”
